Do you have a paper catalog?

Unfortunately no, we do not have a paper catalog. We only have our online catalog.

 

Do you have a Store that I can visit or pick my order up at?

No we do not. We are strictly a mail order company.


 
Where are you located?

We have two loactions. One in Ft. Collins,Colorado and one in Odum, GA. Depending on your order and where you are located will determine where your order ships from.

 

How do I know if a certain item is in stock?

We make every attempt to only present "Add to Cart" buttons for items which are currently in stock. If you order an item and it is not in stock, you will be notfied immediately by email.

How many links are in your "bulk chainmail 11 lb bags"?

We have weighed 100 butted chainmail links at 1.6 oz. This means there is approximately 1000 links per pound. An 11 pound bag would therefore have approximately 11, 000 links. This would be the same for the riveted links.

 

How do I check my order status?


Please call or email us with your Order ID/Invoice Number or the full name the order is under and we can tell you when your order will ship.

 

When will my order ship?


It depends on what you ordered. We carry a lot of specialty items, some are always in stock, some items take 4-5 days before shipping and then there are some items that are either custom made or special ordered from other countries and can take a couple months. Once your order does ship, you are emailed a notification with a tracking number.

 

How do you ship?


We ship via USPS. Depending on whether you have requested a “need by” date or a rush order, your order may or may not ship via Priority mail. All of our packages are shipped with delivery confirmation, which provides a tracking number.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders. You can use your credit to by phone or through the website. You can use PayPal if you are ordering through the website. If you do not have a credit card or a PayPal account you can mail your order in with a Money Order (drawn in US funds). Please note, we do not accept American Express or Personal Checks. We can also send the new Paypal invoice which can be paid by credit card or by Paypal. This is very useful for custom orders.

 

What is your return policy?


All returns must be made within 30 days.

 

Do you ship Internationally?


Yes we do! However you cannot order through the website because the shipping costs are very different from our standard US shipping costs. Please email us with your city, country and postal code along with the items you would like to order and we will email you back with the shipping quote and instructions on how to order.
