We have been in business since 1999.
Since we opted to go strictly online for business as
of 2003, we have had to work out the best way to
handle order inquiries as the shop generates noise
levels which frequently require the use of ear
protection. Consequently, a phone conversation is
virtually impossible. Customer service representatives
now work from their home and use company provided
computer services to assist with email questions
regarding orders, as most order inquiries require
access to information contained in the original order
and supplemental information which is not available in
the shop. If you are calling for an order question,
the people who can answer order questions, etc. do so
through email and/or live chat and no longer work at the shop location.
