It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Schmitthenner Armory for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, use or misuse of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations.
Knives, Swords and other implements can be dangerous if improperly handled and no armor can keep anyone completely safe, Please remember this while you enjoy your purchase.

As with any weapon or armor, the suitability or unsuitability for any use is the responsibility of the user. No use whatsoever is to be considered endorsed.
